Meal Donation Initiative

A couple of Bengaluru restaurants have come up with schemes to donate free meals to the needy.

Anyone who eats at such eateries can donate a meal to anyone else needing a free meal.

A customer at a hotel in Bengaluru donates a meal to the needy under the ‘Sanchigondu’ programme.  The Sanchigondu banner has been put up at a few eateries. (Photos, above and below are from an article by Anila Kurian, DHNS, Bengaluru, Oct 03 2020, 00:46 IST. updated: Oct 03 2020, 02:55 IST )
